Shipping & Returns

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Please contact playermotion for a RMA# at returns@playermotion.com Returns will be allowed only for products that may have been damaged or have defects from  the manufacturing process.  Refunds are not allowed due to the custom nature of the Player Motion product.  Player Motion is not responsible for errors in uploaded files.  All returns must be made within 10 days of product shipment.
